Chime in: Is your Xbox One X making weird noises?

While few of us at Windows Central have experienced odd noises with our Xbox One X units, personally I've heard loud fan noises when the Xbox is under heavy load, especially when running less optimized games.

Forum user CookiesAndCoke has reported that he's hearing humming and buzzing sounds coming from his fresh Xbox One X, and nosotros wondered if you'd heard similar.

So my xbox is but about five days old, it makes this weird buzz / hum noise, and it's pretty loud, i can hear it while my tv is turned upwardly quite abit, it's then annoying, i was wondering if it would exist beneficial to send for repair/replacement as it'south under warranty, thanks :)

For the nigh part, I've found that my Xbox One 10 is completely silent, fifty-fifty when running tasking games in 4K resolution. Most reviews seem to echo the same sentiment, but I have seen reports of the "whooshing" fan sound which tin kick in at short notice, to keep the console cool when running intensive games.
